Kalinchowk Bhagwati Temple is a Hindu and Buddhist shrine in Dolkha District of Nepal. It lies in the East-North part of Kathmandu city which is 149 kilometers far. The elevation is 3700m from sea-level. It is really paradise which offers stunning views of Mt Langtang, Mt Sumeru, Mt Gaurisankar, etc.
Not only that, the breathtaking of nature views, lots of birds, wildlife and domestic animals like Yak, Nak and Mountain cow Many more. It’s inside the Gaurishankar Conservation Area. Kalinchok is known as an originated place of Sun Kosi and the Tama Kosi river. There is a Cable car right now from Kuri to top of the Kalinchok, but it’s better to walk from Kuri to the temple point. The treks begin from Charikot which place is headquarter of Dolakha district.
